Renewable Events Roundup

Date: 10 Mar 2010

RenewableUK

Alex and Jane Richards were amongst 500 industry professionals attending the RenewableUK Wave & Tidal 2010 event at the QEII Centre, London, on the 4th March.

The conference and exhibition gave us the opportunity to speak to a range of companies involved in the industry, from device developers to specialized consultancies.

It was clear from those attending that this market will play an important role in the type of work we are involved with in the coming years.

RegenSW

The following week (9th March) saw the RegenSW Offshore Wind Supply Chain conference in Bristol, yet another opportunity to forge links within the industry. The event was over-subscribed and it's popularity gave an insight into the significance of this sector as the UK gears up to meet it's 2020 renewable energy obligations.
